The Little River Railroad and Lumber Company Museum is located in Townsend, Tennessee on US 321, near the west entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Highway access is from Interstate 40 (east and west), or Interstate 75 (north and south). The Knoxville Airport is located just north of Maryville on US 129.
